RETURNS & REFUNDS

We make in small numbers, so we handle every return personally.

Exchanges. Wrong size? Write to us at info@maisondefaith.com within 7 days of delivery and we will exchange it for another size, subject to stock. MEHNAT and other limited pieces sell through fast, so the sooner you write, the better.

Returns. A piece can come back to us if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags attached, within 7 days of delivery. Write to us first before sending anything back and we will arrange the pickup or share the return address.

Refunds. Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick check, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Pieces that are worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, that is on us. Send a photo to info@maisondefaith.com within 48 hours and we will make it right.
